Swansea City tightened the pressure on Norwich City manager Liam Manning as Zan Vipotnik's double secured a 2-1 victory in their Championship clash. The Slovenian forward, who had not scored in his previous six matches, rediscovered his form with two stunning goals, bringing his season tally to eight and helping manager Alan Sheehan secure his first win in four games.

Jovon Makama equalized from close range before the break, but Norwich continued their downward spiral with a fifth consecutive defeat, casting doubt on Manning's ability to reverse the team's fortunes. The former Bristol City manager faced mounting pressure from fans, who chanted "We want Manning out" and "Sacked in the morning" as the match drew to a close.

Swansea began the day five points ahead of Norwich, who were languishing in the bottom three without a win in seven matches. Marco Stamenic opened the scoring in the sixth minute, breaking through the center and setting up Vipotnik to slot the ball past Norwich goalkeeper Vladan Kovacevic. Despite the hosts' dominance in the first half, Norwich managed to level the score before the interval with Makama's goal.

In the second half, Swansea regained the lead thanks to Vipotnik's second goal, a 25-yard strike that left Kovacevic with no chance. Despite Norwich's efforts to claw back into the game, they remained fruitless, with only Sheffield Wednesday below them in the standings.

From an analytical perspective, Swansea demonstrated stability and determination, earning a well-deserved victory. Norwich, on the other hand, must quickly find solutions to their issues if they hope to avoid further trouble in the league standings.
