The Baller League is back for its second season! Created in Germany by entrepreneur Felix Stark, with the support of Mats Hummels and Lukas Podolski, this six-a-side indoor football competition will take place at the Copper Box Arena in London. The league features 12 teams composed of former Premier League players, futsal athletes, and celebrities, with KSI as the main participant for the UK. The season will run for 11 weeks, culminating in semi-finals and a final to crown the champion.

The game rules are unique: halves last 15 minutes, there are no corner kicks, and if the ball crosses the opponent's line three times, a penalty is awarded. Special rules apply in the last three minutes of each half, including 3-on-3 play, double points for long-distance goals, and goalkeepers being unable to use their hands.

The inaugural season was won by SDS FC, who edged out MVPs United 4-3. The second season welcomes new faces with teams like Chloe Kelly's Clutch FC, Idris Elba's Rukkas FC, and Niko Omilana's NDL FC. Former England striker Daniel Sturridge will join Micah Richards to lead Deportrio FC. Other notable managers include John Terry, Jens Lehmann, Robert Pires, Alan Shearer, and Ian Wright.

The opening matches kick off on October 27, featuring six games, including a clash between 26ers and Yanited, as well as Rukkas FC versus MVPs United.

This unique league blends sport and entertainment, attracting not only football fans but also showbiz enthusiasts. With new rules and participants, this season promises to be even more thrilling.
