Arsenal is considering expanding its Emirates Stadium as part of efforts to improve its facilities. The club is exploring the possibility of increasing the capacity to 70,000 seats, which might require temporarily moving matches to Wembley. However, Islington Council has stated that no official discussions have taken place yet. Arsenal's development strategy also includes upgrades to their training facilities.

The club has recently added new board members, including Otto Mali, who worked on the construction of the SoFi Stadium for the LA Rams, and Dave Steiner, who has experience in real estate investments. Currently, the Emirates Stadium is smaller than Tottenham and West Ham's stadiums in London, which may be motivating Arsenal to consider expansion.
