Wolves remain rooted to the bottom of the Premier League table, still searching for their first win of the season after a 3-0 defeat to Fulham, which has intensified the pressure on manager Vitor Pereira. This latest setback, compounded by Emmanuel Agbadou's red card in the 36th minute, extends Wolves' winless streak in the league to 14 matches, a run not seen since their 15-game drought between February and August 2012. With Wolves now eight points adrift of safety, all eyes are on Pereira as he attempts to steer the team clear of relegation, a feat he managed last season. However, based on this performance, the task appears significantly more daunting this time around.

Fulham took an early lead when Hugo Bueno and Agbadou failed to deal with a delivery from Calvin Bassey, allowing Raul Jimenez to set up Ryan Sessegnon, who made no mistake with a low shot past Sam Johnstone. The visitors' challenge became even tougher when Agbadou, included in the starting lineup by Pereira, received a straight red card for a foul on Josh King as the young forward raced towards goal. Referee John Brooks showed no hesitation in brandishing the red card, a decision upheld by VAR Andy Madley, who confirmed that King had not handled the ball before the foul.

Pereira responded with a triple substitution at halftime, but the second half was a one-sided affair. Harry Wilson doubled the hosts' lead with a stunning goal just after the hour mark. A comical own goal by Yerson Mosquera, 15 minutes from time, sealed the victory for Fulham, who themselves had been struggling but now climb to 14th in the table following their first league win since September 20.

Analysis: Wolves are in a dire situation, and Pereira must find a way to stabilize the team to avoid relegation. Fulham, on the other hand, demonstrated their ability to capitalize on opponents' weaknesses and have returned to winning ways.
