Tottenham Hotspur remains off the market after a third potential buyer confirmed they would not be making an offer for the club. On Monday, Brooklyn Errick announced on the London Stock Exchange that they would not be pursuing a bid. The American consortium, led by Errick, had shown informal interest, which was firmly rejected by Spurs' board, led by majority shareholder ENIC Group, on September 26.

Despite interest from several parties, including consortia led by Dr. Roger Kennedy and Wing-Fai Ng through Firehawk, all potential buyers have now confirmed they will not submit offers. This means no new bids can be made for six months unless a new potential buyer emerges. The Lewis family, who owns the club, is committed to retaining ownership and aims for stability and long-term success.

Following Errick's withdrawal, Tottenham issued a statement thanking the consortia for their constructive approach and confirmed the club is no longer in an offer period under the Takeover Code. Errick also expressed respect for the club and its fans, wishing them success.

Speculation about a possible sale arose after Daniel Levy stepped down as executive chairman after nearly 25 years. Current manager Thomas Frank, appointed by Levy and the board, confirmed good relations with the Lewis family and stated the club is stable.
