Birmingham City secured their second consecutive 4-0 victory in just four days, overwhelming Millwall in a Championship clash. Chris Davies' side showcased impressive form, following their triumph over Portsmouth, also at St Andrew's, with another commanding performance against Millwall. Paik Seung-ho opened the scoring in the 28th minute with his third goal of the season, while Demarai Gray doubled the lead in the dying moments of the first half. Alex Cochrane made it 3-0 early in the second half with a stunning volley, and Jay Stansfield added a fourth in the 66th minute.

Millwall, who had been unbeaten in their last five matches, struggled to counter the hosts' dominance. Despite goalkeeper James Beadle's brilliant save from a Luke Cundle effort that could have given the visitors an early advantage, Birmingham controlled the game. The opening goal came from a combination between Marvin Ducksch and Patrick Roberts, with Paik finishing precisely into the bottom corner. The second goal resulted from Stansfield's activity and Gray's sharp play in the penalty area.

Birmingham's manager, Chris Davies, expressed his satisfaction with the team's performance, emphasizing his confidence in the players' abilities. Meanwhile, Millwall's boss, Alex Neil, admitted that his team failed to display their usual game and anticipated criticism following the defeat.

Analysis: Birmingham City is exhibiting excellent form and confidence, which could be crucial for their ambitions in the Championship. On the other hand, Millwall needs to find a way back to winning ways if they wish to maintain their standings in the league table.
